The Saksham Accelerator and Mentorship Program is more than just a program; it is a visionary initiative aimed at empowering women with comprehensive assistance and guidance in the realm of entrepreneurship. This program is building a new world for women in Nepal, creating a whole new wave of businesswomen and entrepreneurs. Launched in April 2023 by Coca-Cola Nepal and Atelier Platform Pvt. Ltd, the Saksham Accelerator and Mentorship Program aims to equip women with the skills and confidence to succeed in their entrepreneurial ventures.

Twice a week, they are engaged in intensive expert sessions, led by esteemed professionals and mentors, delving into vital topics such as gender and women’s rights, feminism, leadership, climate change, legal processes, marketing strategy, finance, profitable presentations and more. The program spans two months, featuring bi-weekly expert-led sessions covering topics such as gender rights, leadership, climate change, legal processes, marketing, finance, and more.

The 10-week program culminated in the Final Pitch and Closing Event on November 7, 2025, where the entrepreneurs presented their business ideas before an esteemed panel of judges:

• Sneh Rajbhandari, Public Affairs, Communication & Sustainability Director, Coca-Cola Beverages Nepal

The finale was graced by special guests, Mr. Redwin A. Duay, Chief Financial Officer, Coca-Cola Beverages Nepal, and Ms. Cecile Riviere, First Secretary and Head of All Programs, Embassy of Switzerland in Nepal, who both encouraged the entrepreneurs and applauded their determination and innovation.

Among the finalists, three outstanding entrepreneurs : Moontain Creamery, SagarikaJoshi, and The Pottery Studio by Happy Space were recognized as winners and each received NPR 100,000 in support of their entrepreneurial growth.
